The juniper and angelica root are imported, but the rest of the infusions are found and harvested locally, including pepper, lemon zest, coriander, cassia, nutmeg and mix of additional citrus. One of those is the more rare Gondhoraj lime from Kolkata (formerly Calcutta) which are kind of a cross between a lime and a mandarine orange. The resulting Spirit reflects the London Dry style with a bright citrus bent and it bottled at 42.8% ABV. The folks at Third Eye Distillery strongly recommend cocktails — Gimlets by day and Gibsons by night.
