Black Mountain Bio Gin (700mL)

100% Organic, 100% French, 100% Delicious.

On the footnote of Montagne Noire in Occitania, France, there lies Black Mountain, a Spirit Compagnie that is destined to become the first distillery in the world that is located in a Natural Park. But before that, in the beginning, there was just water. A perfect low-mineral source of exceptionally pure water that has the potential to unlock all of the richness of a Spirit. Originally, the company was blending, reducing, and aging just whiskies, but in 2021, the company developed its first, 100% French and 100% organic Gin.

In developing its vision of a Gin, the company has not only taken advantage of the pure water source in Montagne Noire, but also the endemic flora of Occitania. The company has joined forces with a herbalist to come up with a recipe for the lightest, freshest, aromatically richest bio-organic Gin you can imagine. Its full aroma suggests drinking the Gin straight up, but it works more than fine in any version of Gin Tonic you prefer.
